Lisette A.  Arguello has over three decades of experience as a successful Commercial and Residential Real Estate Broker in the Greater Houston area.  She is an experienced negotiator, always maximizing returns for owners and sellers, buyers, and tenants.

Her residential real estate experience includes a wide range of small to multi-million-dollar transactions. With excellent client satisfaction, she offers personalized service to each one of her clients. Professionalism, honesty, dedication, and patience are some of the qualities her clients admire in her.

During her career, she has represented commercial clients in the acquisition of various types of properties including office buildings, warehouses, strip centers, land, and small and large leases (500 to 100,0000 SF of NRA). She has both successfully negotiated and represented transactions for government offices such as HUD, VA, INS, and several consulates. She has been directly involved in asset management, construction management, and property management of commercial properties.

Her education includes, a M.A. from Franciscan University, Ohio. and a B.A. with concentrations in Economics and Finance from the University of St. Thomas in Houston. In both, graduated with Honors. Currently, she is pursuing a Th.D.
