We invite you to
consider a Buyer Representation Agreement... Here is why:
A Buyer
Representation Agreement is an agreement between a
buyer and a licensed real estate broker. The buyer retains the
professional services
of a broker to assist him/her in the purchase of a property. The
agreement specifies the market area, the desired features and qualities
of the property to be acquired. The broker is then referred to as the buyer's "Broker" or
"Agent" and the buyer, as the broker's "Client". The
broker has now a fiduciary responsibility towards the buyer. The
seller, usually, pays the fee and there is no cost to the
buyer.
